Registration frequently asked questions

  • Does my company need to register to order an appraisal?

    • If you plan to place more than one order, or want to track your order even if it's the only one, It's best to register so that you get access to our 24/7 online order and tracking system, but you can place orders without registering, you will just have to enter your payment and personal information with every order. Registration is totally FREE.

  • Must we have a credit card on file?
    •  

    Having a card on file is the easiest way to place orders. You can also pay directly online with the a card provided by the borrowers. Appraisal orders will be charged when the order is placed.
    Under certain circumstances, for wholesale lenders who place orders on behalf of their brokers, or for larger volume clients, an account can be opened which would be payable upon receipt of the order. This option is currently not available for retail lenders ordering appraisals for their own originations.

  • What happens if we cancel our order?

     

    • If you cancel an appraisal order BEFORE the appraiser inspects the property, will will issue you a full refund. After the appraiser has been tot he property, we cannot issue a refund. This is another benefit of registering since all aspects of the ordering and delivery process are handled most efficiently online.

  • Should each person in my company have a separate system login?

    • That's entirely up to you. You can easily use one login and email for a single person responsible for ordering, or you can give several people access so that they individually get updates and emails about their orders. One we setup your company, you can easily add users later.
